What products can I customize with my own images?

Every OrangePiel product is printed to order with your artwork. Our catalog includes roller shades in light-filtering, blackout, and solar screen fabrics; acoustical panels that combine sound absorption with custom graphics; TV cover shades that conceal screens when not in use; freestanding room dividers; and full-wall murals on vinyl, canvas, or acoustic fabric. You can upload photographs, brand logos, fine art, or any digital design.

What file formats do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PDF, AI, and SVG files. For the best print quality, supply images at 100 DPI or higher at the final output size. Our Design Studio provides instant feedback on resolution and will flag files that may appear soft or pixelated at your chosen dimensions.

How long does production take?

Accepted Answer

Standard turnaround is 2-3 weeks from design approval to delivery. This includes design review and proof approval (1-2 business days), dye-sublimation printing and quality inspection (5-7 business days), shade fabrication and assembly (3-5 business days), and complimentary ground shipping (3-7 business days). Rush production is available for time-sensitive projects — contact us for details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Every order ships free via ground service to anywhere in the contiguous United States. Expedited and international shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. All shipments include tracking from our California production facility to your door.

Absolutely. Every order includes a complimentary digital design proof showing exactly how your finished product will look. Our production team reviews color accuracy, resolution, and layout before sending the proof for your approval. We never begin manufacturing until you confirm the design is correct.
